The organic farm "PRATINI" is situated between Volterra (15 km), San Gimignano (25 km),Montaione (18 km) and Castelfalfi (15 km). It has been offering farm holidays from 1993 on. Easily to reach for a day trip are also the most important places in Tuscany such as Pisa (47 km), Lucca (52 km), Florence (69 km), Siena (70 km).  The 300 hectare farmland, the private pond and the 2 hectares of wood are part of a nature reserve, where are living our nice animals, a pony and two "amiatini"donkeys.

The three farmhouses were built according to the typical Tuscan country style (stone, terracotta floors, wooden beam ceilings) and are surrounded by wide gardens, cipresses, lavendel and rosemary bushes.

Cottage  La Capannina: indipendent cottage for 4 persons with exclusive pool ( 5 x 10 ) and whirlpool

Casa Pratini : stone house with 4 apartaments (new cascading pool 13 x 6.50 )

Casa Ruffilli : typical house with 2 apartments ( pool and whirlpool 5 x 10).

Our organic farm products are: "ancient" grains, farro, millet, oats, flour milled stone, sourdough bread baked in wood oven, lentils,chickpeas,beans,extra virgin olive oil,honey,pasta made with "Senatore Cappelli" grainby by   LaTerra e il cielo.

Let's taste together tomato bruschetta Grandma Menina, the chick pea pate, biodynamic cheese by Poggio di Camporbiano, our Solaio red wine, sesame breadsticks,  cantuccini and  more. 

Cooking tuscan classes with Sonia: we make together bread, noodles and cakes with our stone milled flour. 

The Floriddia's family owners speak fluent english, german and french.

Each week ( but only for the Pratini House's guests, max. 12 pers.) we offer you a unique experience: drive with of our wagons hauled by Giovanni's tractor through our fields and you'll discover a unique countryside, wild animals etc. The trip will take approximately 35 min.Each apartement has its private table outside in the garden , beachchairs and deckchairs. Parking in the shade, stone barbecue in all 3 houses.

In some of the accommodations, warm water and electricity is produced through solar energy. The next village and shops are just 5 km away in Villamagna, whereas horse riding is only 6 km away, golf course 15 km (Castelfalfi ) and a very good restaurant 7 km.

The Tuscan coast (Costa degli Etruschi) can be reached in about 1 hour by car. Direct production and sell of pecorino cheese only 4 km away ( fantastic!)
