Foglalási feltételek A FOGLALÁS FELTÉTELEI Érkezés közép és foszezonban: szombaton du. 4tol, amennyiben este 8 elott nem lehetséges kérem értesítse a tulajdonost legalább este 7ig.. Elutazás közép és foszezonban: szombaton reggel 9ig. Közép és foszezonban min: Egy hétre lehet foglalni, míg szezonon kívül és Húsvétra, Karácsonyra min. 4 napra. Az ár tartalmazza: az áramfogyasztást, vízet és gázt, a törölközoket és az ágynemuhuzatokat heti cserével, a vizmaszirozást, grill vagy kemence használatát, parkolót, gyerekjátékokat, mosógép használatot, végso takarítást és adókat.. Az ár nem tartalmazza: a futést (gázzal), ami a fogyasztás alapján 4 euro/m3 –ba kerül, a gázóra leolvasásával.. Fizetési lehetoségek: a foglaláshoz a végösszeg 30. A hátralávo részt érkezéskor kézpénzben kell kifizetni.. Foglalás lemondása: amennyiben az érkezés elott több, mint 3 hónappal mondja le valaki visszakapja az eloleget az utalási költségek levonásával.. Kaucio: csak a Capannina esetében szükséges 100 euro kauciót adni érkezésnél, melyet elutazáskor visszaadunk amennyiben nem történt károkozás.. Megjegyzés: Megjegyzés: Kis méreto állatokat lehet hozni a Ruffilli és Pratini házakba 20 euro áron, és 30 euro kaucio felárral. Ajánlatok pároknak és szezonon kívüli foglalóknak.
