BOOKING CONDITIONS

• ArrivalOnly during mid and high season: Saturday from 4 p.m. If the arrival takes time after 8 pm, please advice in advance.
• Departure:  Only during mid and high season: Saturday until 9 a.m.
• Minimum Stay:One Week in the middle and high season. 5 days during Christmas, Eastern and low season.
•  Price includes: Electricity, water, gas, towels and bed linen with weekly change, hydromassage, stonebarbecue, parking, outdoor games, washing machine using, final cleaning, taxes.
• Price doesn't include: Gas firing heating consumption is calculated at euro 4,50 per unit/hour. Pets are allowed only at Ruffilli and Pratini House and the additional total cost is of € 20.00.
  
• Booking: Definitive booking requires a deposit: 30% of the total rental price and 50 % for bookings concerning only Menta and Papavero apart. The remaining amount of the balance is due cash at the arrival.
  Credit cards or personal cheques are NOT accepted.
  
  
• Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the reservation until 2 months before the arrival date, the down payment will be paid back and all bank charges to return the down payment have to be paid by the one who has made the cancellation.
• Deposit: Only for Capannina has to be deposited on the arrival a deposit of 200 Euros in cash form. The deposit will be given back at the moment of departure.
• Credit Cards:not accepted
  
• Note:  Small pets allowed upon request. The extra charge is at euro 20,00 and a caution of 30 euro.
  In some accomodations animals are not allowed.In case some guests should arrive taking animals with them they will pay a caution of 200,00 euro and a daily rate of euro 40.00.
  
  If the arrival takes time after 8 pm, please advice in advance.
  It is not allowed to accommodate/park campers and caravans on the land of the accommdations.
  
  Although final cleaning is included in the rate we kindly ask you to leave apartements in good hygienical conditions, taking aways all garbages.Thanks!
